3. Product Information
We strive to display accurate descriptions, images, weights, and specifications of our products. However, due to the nature of handcrafted and custom jewelry, slight variations may occur.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
We reserve the right to change product prices without prior notice.
Payments can be made via accepted methods including UPI, bank transfer, card payments, or cash (in-store only).
Full payment is required before dispatching the product.
5. Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order jewelry requires advance payment.
Delivery timelines for custom pieces will be communicated at the time of order.
No cancellation or refund is allowed once the custom piece is in production.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).
Cancellations for made-to-order or customized products are not permitted.
